"Tei Heng"

这种鱼有三种颜色:红,白,和黑。其红色和黑色都特腥,只适合煎炸。只有白色的适合炒煮。
"Tei Heng" 本身是潮州话!这些鱼真正名字还救解啊。 
它肉质松软又入口极滑。更特别的是它没有鳞,所以处理"tei heng" 非常方便。
其次,它的骨头虽长,可是可以直接吞进肚子。听起来,神奇吧?
